Weekend - Evolution through Rhythm & Sound [EN/DE/FR]

In this workshop we combine the TaKeTiNa® rhythm method and restorative Sound Journeys to dive into the present moment and connect with what is alive in us.  Additional techniques such as Conscious Breathing, Voice Opening and theFeldenkrais® movement practice support the process of self-awareness as we connect with our body in an explorative and joyful way.*
